"Liz was excellent! very friendly and extremely knowledgable. Poor Harley has lost his leadership status in our house as a result of her assistance but we can all see the benefits straight away!"

Dr. Tabi Luddem

Dog Training & Behavioural Therapist for Nottingham

Tabi Luddem, Dog Obedience Trainer & Behavioural Therapist for Nottingham

Since I was a child I have dreamt of being able to truly understand dog behaviour, and joining Bark Busters Home Dog Training has enabled me to achieve my lifelong ambition. Every day I am able to help dog owners to form better relationships with their dogs simply through showing them how to communicate with each other.

I understand only too well the frustration of having a dog that refuses to listen. Before I joined Bark Busters I rescued a retired racing greyhound, and although she had many qualities, she also had many faults. Like most hounds her recall was appalling, but even in our home she refused point blank to come when called. She ignored all of my commands, and showed little interest in me at all. I didn't dare let her off the lead outside for fear I would never see her again. I couldn't leave her alone in the house for more than a few hours, or she would start chewing the sofa and toileting all over it.

I tried to learn to live with her behaviour hoping that these were minor things that would resolve with time. However, when I became a therapist of Bark Busters Home Dog Training I realised how badly things had gone wrong and how important it was to get it right. Within hours of my training we made huge improvements in my dogs behaviour. She is now happy, loving and obedient and is no longer destructive. I can also confidently take her for long country walks without a lead, something many greyhound owners wouldn't even consider.

I help dog owners deal with all sorts of problems, including lead pulling, barking, dog aggression, stranger aggression, toileting in the house and destruction. My job is incredibly rewarding because I see amazing results on a daily basis, and often with owners that have given up all hope of having a well behaved dog. It is fantastic to know what a difference I can make to both dogs and owners lives. Let me help you with your dog and take back control of your life.

Tabi was very patient with me, as I think I needed training as much as Aggie. We have a lot to do, but I feel we will get there and it will become therapy for me to walk Aggie, rather than the current stress it creates. I'm glad Tabi will be on hand to help!

Truely delighted with Tabi & Bark Busters. The difference it makes when a dog behaviourist actually participates with a hands-on approach is refreshing and it works.

We are very pleased at how quickly Ellie responded to the methods given to us by Tabi. We know it will take time, but her barking has been reduced by a good 80% already. A fantastic improvement!
