Mr A called me about his rescue beagle, Dan who was jumping all over the family, barking in the house & garden & pulling on his lead. The family were not enjoying their new addition & were beginning to wonder what they had taken on.
I showed the family how to stop all these behaviours, leaving them with an individual training plan which everyone understood including Dan!
Within a short time Dan was walking to heel as though he had never done anything else & was quite obviously a much happier dog, no more barking or jumping. The family were now confident in communicating with their dog at long last.

Jacquie was really brilliant! What she said made real sense & what she advised has really helped. My dog is much happier & thankfully appears to have stopped 'marking' in the house which means we are all happy. It's good to know that we can always call her again should we need to.

The initial training period was given in a very informative & compotent manner giving me confidence to correct my SBT for any bad behaviour. Jacquie left me with enthusiasm to be able to cotrol my dog given time & practice. My SBT whilst not from a rescue centre was bought from previous owners who had little knowledge of its needs, diet, etc. This dog had missed out on things it should have learnt as a puppy in its early years.
