Hi I’m Jen Phillips.
I've witnessed firsthand the stress and anxiety a badly behaved dog can cause to families. Problems such as aggression, barking dog, jumping up and pulling on the lead can cause so much stress in a household. It can leave you pulling your hair out and not knowing what to do next.
I was once one of these people. My rescue German Shepherd cross, Rex, was extremely difficult. Whining almost constantly and barking excessively. Thanks to Bark Busters he is now a well behaved dog.
I was so impressed by how quickly he responded and the effectiveness of the methods used, that I joined the company. I get enormous satisfaction helping other dog owners and take pleasure in seeing the difference it makes to the household.
It was through Bark Busters that I found my second dog. A Border Collie named Tess who was due to be put to sleep for aggression. Her owners were happy to re-home Tess as they wanted someone who understood her. She is happy in her new home with Rex and I and we both love her to bits.

A good positive start to training. Jen asked probing questions and observed both dogs showing all above signs. Effective rectification methods explained fully and put into practice in first session, which we have continued to follow and are starting to see positive results, in different ways for both dogs. Excellent support from Jen and although it is early days in their 'rehabilitation', with continued perserverance, we are confident that we will have two very happy, responsive and controlled dogs.
