Kim Lummis, Dog Obediance Trainer & Behavioural Therapist for Brighton, Gatwick Area

A problem dog, whether it is barking, showing aggression, chewing, pulling on the lead or toileting can cause real stress within a home.

A few years ago I owned a dog with separation anxiety, and I made the sad decision to have him re-homed when nothing the experts recommended worked. If only Bark Busters had been around then, as I now know that the training methods that we use would have worked for Preston. I now own a Jack Russell called Bob, who ironically had similar problems to Preston but I am now glad to say is a happy little dog!

Dog training with Bark Busters has given me the opportunity to help hundreds of owners and their dogs from chasing Collies to tugging Terriers! One dog who springs to mind is Billy, who pretty much did everything he shouldn’t! This included jumping up, chewing the furniture, digging, pulling on the lead, barking and running off on walks. The great thing about our methods is how quickly you can see a difference in your dog’s behaviour, and by end of the first session Billy’s owner could see a real difference and within a month her dog from hell was a dog she was really starting to enjoy again.

It might be like Billy, your dogs behaviour is of real concern, or you have just picked up your first puppy. Training your dog can be fun as well as rewarding.

So whatever your dog’s problem it can be resolved - no dog is a hopeless case - contact me and see how I can help.

Our Border collie Mochie, is roughly two years old and came to us from the RSPCA at Patcham. We have had good advice from two experienced dog trainers and from the Vets, but because Mochie has shown such domineering potential we had to have much more intensive help - and then Kim Lummis arrived! After the first visit we have seen a tranformation in Mochie and we are much better equiped to deal with him.

Really good and enjoyable session. Very rewarding to see the dogs respond almost instantly. Easy to use and remember techniques - and they work! Dogs have been markedly better after 1 session.
