Hi, I'm Fran and I am your therapist for the Sunderland and the Durham region.
I have been training dogs the Bark Buster’s way for 11 years after 20 plus years of teaching teenagers Science and Higher School Certificate Biology (A-level equivalent) in Australia. I have achieved a number of awards with Bark Busters and am now a Master Trainer in the organisation.
I ran an area in Sydney, Australia for 10 years where I worked with a whole range of problem dogs from small Terriers to extremely large German Shepherds! I've dealt with problems of separation anxiety, jumping up, barking and aggression plus other behavioural problems too numerous and complex to list.
I have two dogs, a 15 year old Border Collie cross Scots Collie, who has taught me much about a dogs body language and dominance and a 10 year old Golden Retriever who has extremely bad hip dysplasia. Her hips will never be right but a careful natural diet has made a huge difference in the total deterioration of her joints.
The Bark Busters method has ensured that my dog was never able to ‘take over’ as most Border Collies like to do. So if you are having problems with your dog give me a call on 0808 100 4071 to make an appointment. Our “Life of the Dog Guarantee” ensures that you will always have help with any future problems.

Barney is responding to the instructions Fran gave us. It is going to be slow but we will get there. All the training was explained in detail.

Barney responded to the training and stopped jumping up and barking at the window very quickly once he realised that his owners were serious about stopping his bad behaviour.

There was a lot of worry as the dogs were fighting. They were able to bring the dogs into the same room on lead that afternoon to their amazement!
