I live in South Manchester, Cheshire and have 2 dogs. A Cocker Spaniel called Monty and a rescued crossbreed called Tiz. Tiz lasted 12 hours in her previously adopted home before being returned to the shelter because her new owners could not cope with her. The techniques worked extremely well for us. We had a nervously aggressive Mini Schnauzer who objected to anyone coming into the house by excessive barking and intimidation of the guests. Richard was very good at controlling her and teaching us how to maintain it. Within one evening she was calm and content - 2 weeks on she is still the calm dog we always strived for. We are working hard following Richard\'s instructions and it is still work in progress but I am so much happier now. I had read the testimonials on the website but did not fully believe them - I stand corrected!! We have been able to get our family life back but the children still have their \"puppy\" to play with as we are able to work the methods into our daily routine. When we finally called Bark Busters we were at the end of our ropes. We had just moved house and our dogs - Roxy and Gretchen were adjusting badly and barking constantly. (Needless to say we werent being welcomed into our new neighbourhood!) Richard listened to our problems, clearly outlined where he believed the problems lay and began to work with us then and there. Two weeks on we are still working to iron out some of the wrinkles but the overall difference in the dogs is amazing and our neighbours are finally happy to know us!!
