on the initial visit we were surprised at how quick Bear could learn from somebody he had never met before. Julie showed us the error of our ways (being trained by Bear without us knowing it ;)) and showed us the correct way to respond to his caniving demands. we have still got a way to go with him but are confident that we have called the right people to help us get the result we want.
Bear is such a lovely boy, and I'm sure he will respond really well to the changes being made by his owners.

Julie was absolutely amazing with star, she was patient and assertive, star showed immediate results to the first session. I cannot wait to put the lessons we have put in place into practice. I would definitely recommend bark busters to our friends.
Thank you very much. It was so nice to see Star calm and enjoying some positive interaction with you two. It was a pleasure to meet you all.

Julie was great in coming in and teaching us the error of our ways.....Cally had trained us and not the other way around. Even after the first session there was a marked improvement and we are looking forward to seeing things through. She is so much better at not barking out the window, still training on the separation issue, but better than before. Many thanks
It was lovely to work with Susie and her Mum as they were so willing to listen and learn. They do have much work still to do, but I was so pleased that they made such progress in such a short time.

Julie was very friendly and put us at ease from the start. I found Julie to be professional and a pleasure to work with. The training is having a very positive effect on Charlie. Charlie was your typical Jack Russel who thought he could take on the world. Charlie believed it was his place to protect everybody in the household. We are just over one week in and you can see how much more relaxed and calm he is around the house. On walks when we saw another dog he would growl, bark, chew his lead etc now he is so much better as he responds to the instructions and tools that Julie has given us. I am not saying he is perfect as it takes time and work but comparing him to his previous behavior he is 75% better. The only down side I can think of is why did I not use Bark Busters earlier!!! Thank you Julie
Thank you so much, Amanda.
It was a pleasure to meet you and Charlie and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Training was great and really opened our eyes as to why Louie is experiencing separation anxiety and I think if we can practice all that Julie taught us on a regular basis, Louie will be so much happier and in turn so will we.
I think we have a way to go to eliminate the barking when we leave but have seen a remarkable improvement in him and at the end of the day, we are the ones needing the training, not Louie.
But we are really pleased with the results so far and looking forward to seeing Julie again to polish our techniques.

The training session went much better than we thought and by the end of it felt we had turned a corner with Louie's barking. It's not going to stop overnight but if we out the time and effort in we will all benefit.
Julie was very patient and explained why Louie is barking and even understanding helps towards solving the issue. We are looking forward to enjoying our boy more and hopefully he will be a happier dog.
Louie is a lovely boy who likes to look after his owners! We are persuading him that they can look after themselves, and are also making arrangements so that he doesn't guard the house whilst they are out. He was very good at learning how to walk better on his lead too!

I didn't think anyone could get through to my Dalmatian Harvey, he is 9 now and set in his ways. Julie made an impact from the moment she came in, the barking just improved by 90% in the 3 hrs she was with us. The tools we learnt are excellent for him and us. I'm so glad we made this desicion.
It was lovely to meet Joanne, Richard, Harvey and Blossom. Harvey had some very strong views on his roles within the household, and these were stressing him and the rest of his family. He very quickly learnt that he could hand these duties over to his humans and just be a dog. We are hopeful that he will become a much more relaxed dog both in the house and out on his lead. More work to do but a very positive start! Well done.

Julie's knowledge of dog behaviour is brilliant!
We didn't realise the simplest things that we were doing wrong such as passive leadership and the diet!
Ted used to be awful on the lead and recall was an embarrassment!
But the main problem we were having was with dog-dog aggression, Ted would just go crazy! But Julie helped us understand that Ted thought he was the 'leader' and a few simple changes at home which showed Ted he was at the bottom of the 'pack' and he was so much more relaxed and happy that the dog aggression vanished completely! The weight it's taken off worrying about him barking and trying to nip other dogs was gone! Pretty much with the 1st lesson!!
He has improved greatly and now we have the skills and knowledge to carry on with his training!
Thank you Julie! You've really really helped!
Ted is a rescued springer spaniel who hadn't had the best start in life. He was very lucky when these lovely people took him on. They have worked really hard on his walking, and his behaviour in the house. They have improved his diet, and done everything in their power to make life better for Ted, and for themselves. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them all, and I wish them a very happy life together.

Coco and I have had our first training appointment with Julie yesterday and we both loved it. Julie explained exactly what we needed to do and why. I am sure as we put the exercises into practice Coco will realise that she doesn't have to be with me constantly and will become less demanding. I will also hopefully start to enjoy our walks more as Coco learns she doesn't need to be constantly pulling on the lead. Would definitely recommend Julie to anybody who wants to iron out any problems they may have with thier dog.
I really enjoyed meeting Christine and Coco, and hope that they both achieve what they are looking for in the training. Coco is certainly a quick learner. Looking forward to seeing them again soon!

The training today was fantastic, Julie was lovely, calm, and patient, Julie explained why Marmaduke was behaving like he was, which made a lot of sense.I feel more confident after today and I look forward to working with Julie in the next following weeks.
Marmaduke is a lovely dog who thinks he is in charge of 'security'. It was lovely to work with Ann and start to let him know that he can just relax and leave things to the humans!
