The therapist was very friendly and was really thorough. The dogs responded well especially the little girl. Our male dog was a little reluctant, but the therapist perservered with him. We were left with plenty of hints and tips, feeling confident. We would certainly recommend her to friends and family.

We started with a very bouncy, noisy and disruptive dog. Ches couldn't be left for any longer thank 5 minutes without barking or trying to wreck something. One of us had to sleep downstairs with him each night and his constant barking was stressing the cats out! In swooped Isla - like a superhero, she quickly assessed the situation and provided excellent techniques. Ches, the 3 cats and the humans are now friends and we live in peace and harmony.

Isla has put us all at ease from the word go, she listened and understood our worries and problems which were easily solved by an easy to understand training plan, she worked with us and we were trained as well as our little dog Pip. Many problems now solved and we know how to put others into place, diet also tackled and excellent advise given.

Isla helped me understand my dogs behaviour and showed me how to change the undesired actions into ones I could be proud of! I found her intructions easy to follow and recognised an immediate response in my dogs behaviour. The technique used was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

I was very, very pleased. Isla was excellent at training and teaching. The dogs and I were exhausted but learnt a great deal! A huge difference was immediately apparent...husband impressed - this takes a lot!!I am far more confident & hopefully the dogs are much happier. Thank you.

The trainer was fantastic and made my dog feel at ease straight away. The fantastic work she did with my dog and the family was amazing my dog needed help with a lot of things. The main problem was getting the collar on her and the lead. We saw great improvement within the time the trainer was with us. We as a family learned such a lot about her being stressed and where her hyperactivity came from. We were amazed it was partly her food so she now has natural food. We need the help because my dog got scared and traumatised by another dog. The trainer was amazing with the dog straight away and she is much calmer. I would recommend Bark Busters to anyone. If I had not called I dont know what we would of done.

At the point I called Bark Busters I was absolutely desperate. Having read avidly about aggression/sibling rivalry, bought plug in ephemerones, added valerium to dogs food, used water bottles/walking sticks, kept the dogs seperate for periods of time - I had absolutely no strategies left and didnt know where to turn. Isla arrived and helped us to understand the situation and showed us techniques to use to start to re-address the problem. I now feel there is light at the end of a v. dark tunnel!!

I was absolutely amazed and delighted at how Bo-J responded and the change in her. I could never of imagined Bo-J being within 20ft of another dog without being aggressive. To see her two feet away sitting calmly was simply amazing. She walks by my side now and doesn't pull at all, just within a day! Isla was absolutely wonerful. Very friendly and certainly knew her stuff. Delighted!

The whole family were amazed with the almost instant improved behaviour with Ruby. She has become a far better family dog already, we all hope that Ruby continues to improve as she has in the first 24 hours.

Isla was very good and explained everything in detail and she also gave us a few tips on changing Rosie's food and habits she also explained to us what we were doing wrong with Rosie. We have been doing the training for about 3 weeks and have noticed a big difference in Rosie. She is a lot calmer and now never pulls or drags on the lead.
