The first session went really well, there was an instant improvement. However, my dog started to lapse after 1 week, not responding so well. After 2 weeks, on the 2nd visit my trainer reinforced the training and so far so good.
My trainer has given me confidence and hope that my dog's behaviour problems will improve in time allowing me to have the dog I have always dreamed of. I would recommend Bark Busters to those who have troubled dogs, especially if your dog has come from a Dogs Home and the history is unknown.
This dog was from the Dogs Trust and was classed as Dog Aggressive by the rescue centre and so was kept away from all other dogs. I went to visit this dog 3 days after being rehomed which is against what we normally do as we like a dog to be in a new home at least 2 weeks before any training. The aggression was so bad that a prompt visit was required to ensure that everyone involved was safe when handling the dog as well as making sure the dog was safe when out in public. The first 2 weeks was hard for the owner as we hadn't seen the dog in its full true colours with our visit being early. After the second visit of reinforcing the training everything fitted into place and by our 3rd visit the Dog Aggression has got less, to the point walking past dogs had improved enough for us to start long lead work. Progress is going really well

Lee was very friendly and easy to work with. He talked through situations well. We saw an instant change with Ellie's behaviour, she is well on her way to being back to how she was

Lee was very professional and he explained everything to us clearly. We were being held 'prisoner' at home by our Weimaraner's separation anxiety but with the Bark Busters techniques we saw a vast improvement right from the first session. We would definitely recommend Bark Busters!

I found Lee easy to talk with and quick to grasp Murphy's temperament. He never witnessed aggression during his visit as Murphy's problem is with other dogs, and although we took him on a walk, we never encountered another dog so Lee could not witness how he reacts. During Lee's visit though he did show me how to stop Murphy barking at the letterbox when something is posted through it. I was very impressed and it continues to work. Lee advised me to get a muzzle and use it whilst walking my dog, then call him again in two weeks. I would have liked help with the muzzle training as it has proved difficult, but the walking steps I can take in between Murphy struggling to get it off are increasing and we have managed half the road (we must look a class act, but I am determined to do it)! I am looking forward to Murphy 'eventually' being able to enjoy a walk and a run in a field muzzle and hassle free. Bark Busters have given me as a 'problem' pet owner the best feeling of all and that is knowing you are not alone, you have someone on side - your side - to help, and watching your dog respond is a brilliant feeling.

We found Lee very friendly and informative, and noticed a difference in Amber almost immediatley. The techniques were simple but effective, and I now feel more positive about the problems we were having. Lee explained everything very clearly and helped us understand how the way we were behaving had an inpact on Amber. The training exercises were enjoyable both for us and Amber and we can't wait to see how she progresses!

Lee asked lots of questions about Rocky's behavior, then explained clearly, why it was happening, so we understood perfectly how to behave when training Rocky and the importance of being the leader of the pack. Five days on and we have seen a huge improvement in Rocky's behavior, still early days though and lot's to do. Lee also suggested a change of diet as the food we were feeding Rocky had a high sugar beet content, since changing to a more natural product, with no beet, Rocky is much calmer.
