What our Clients are saying about us
Lynn has been to assess our dogs today & I am now feeling very positive about the future with them both. Things have become gradually worse with both dogs starting to show aggression to other dogs, general behaviour deteriorating & recall virtually non-existent. We have a long road ahead but will be putting our absolute all into to the programme that Lynn has worked out for us - it was obvious in watching her & practising the training with her guidance today that our dogs CAN and WILL be well behaved. We learnt so much & Lynn was able to guide us without putting us down or making us feel silly or useless. Worth every penny so far & we only started today.L.W., Lidlington, Bedfordshire31st January 2016
Lynn took charge of our 6 chihauhau's from the minute she walked trough the door and was quck to establish the dynamics and hierarchy of our pack. She demonstrated all the training techniques in a very professional but easy to understand style. We have taken back control of our home and our now enjoyng life with our new dogs. Looking forward to working with Lynn on the next phase outside the house. have tried other independent trainers before, wished we had come to Bark Busters first, worth every penny.R.P., Luton, Bedfordshire20th June 2015
Lynn was straight talking to the point and we could see a difference almost immediately. It was clear she would take the time needed and really wanted to help us. Lynn was reassuring that we would be able to train our dog and very positive. After the session both us and Sydney were exhausted! very happy, excited and motivated to do the homework/training we had been left. We have finished our first day of training and the improvement already is amazing. Thank you Lynn! .. We know we will be able to get to where we would like to be :)J.O., Bedford, Bedfordshire14th June 2015
We were stunned at how quickly Lynn identified Punk's behavioural issues and more to the point, the causes of them. She was able to come up with training techniques which immediately helped us to begin resolving the problems - it turned out that actually it was not Punk who needed training but my partner and I. It was things we were doing which were causing him to behave in the way he did. By the end of our initial 3 hour session Punk was walking to heel (having previously pulled us everywhere), started to learn that he was not "top" dog and did not rule our household and was a much calmer animal. Lynn explained that where we had placed his bed in our kitchen from where he had an unobstructed view of our front door, meant he was effectively "on guard", 24 hours a day which accounted for him being so excitable and always wanting to be out in front on our walks, he was just continuing his "guard duty" outside of our home. A simple change to the location of his bed (which we would never have thought of) and he became a calmer, more relaxed animal literally overnight. The training techniques do have to be practised regularly but they absolutely DO work.L.M., Great Barford, Bedfordshire12th April 2015
We came across Bark Busters in Google and after toying with local obedience classes or having the benefits of in-house training and support from Lynn at Bark Busters, decided to commit to her Puppy Management Programme. We have been absolutely delighted by the service and information we have received so far. Lynn initially spent over 3 hours with us and covered absolutely everything we need to know about raising and managing a puppy, and is subsequently available to talk to us or visit whenever we need her to for the next year. She is an incredibly passionate and well informed trainer and educator, and in no time had our puppy paying attention and responding. Within a few days I had another small issue I needed help with and Lynn was available within a few hours to offer advice. Hand on heart I honestly feel this has been the best decision we have made since getting a puppy - and we look forward to raising her into a well mannered and obedient member of the pack. If you're serious about having a dog and want to ensure that he or she fits in with you as opposed to you fitting in with him or her then I'd give Bark Busters a call.M.W., St. Albans, Hertfordshire2nd April 2014

Lynn was able to tell us immediately where we were going wrong with Maisie and was able to rectify certain things immediately.
Maisie was responsive and has since continued to respond to our on going training with her.
Having spent the session with Lynn the whole family now feels much more able to deal with Maisie and hopefully have a well trained and confident addition to the family

Lynn was great. We just got our puppy and were a bit overawed by the training. Following a session with Lynn, we were set a clear plan and approach to training, which fitted in with all the family and we saw immediate results.

Lyn took time to listen to our problems and discussed all our issues at length. She understood and gave us many ideas on how to improve Elsies behaviour, including researching her diet, in fact from the moment she met Elsie things have improved.
It has only been one week since Lyns visit and I can now take Elsie out with a lot more confidence, with just a collar and lead, not with a harness and halti as it used to be. Also Lyn showed me that Elsies behaviour in the house could be improved, this I had not realised was a problem, but with a few small adjustments this has greatly improved too.
I have noted that Elsie is now more content and I believe happier.
I know there is still a long way to go, but I am confident that with Lyns help, I shall soon have a very well trained dog that I can be proud of.

Well, where to start! I've never seen such a dramatic change in the behaviour of an animal in such a short space of time. Lynn came in and literally put our dog in his place immediately. We have a large rescue puppy from abroad and he was running riot in our household. His nipping, barking, recall, pulling and jumping was out of control and causing a lot of stress at home for my partner and I. We have two older dogs who we have never had any problems with but having Dudley our large pup has been a challenge to say the least. I thought that having had dogs for years i knew how to deal with the issues we faced but i came to realise that i was the problem and that i needed help as I wasn't doing right by Dudley.
Lynn showed us that we were the ones being bossed by Dudley. She showed us the techniques needed to put us back in charge and the change has been dramatic in the two days since she came to us. Its important to know that Lynn will not solve the issues overnight, it requires the owners to work on her techniques and stick to them and over time the results will make your life happier and your dogs life better.
I was sceptical before she came but would highly recommend her to anyone.
In the two days since she came my puppy no longer barks and jumps at anyone who comes in the house, he is getting there at doing what he's told at the first time of asking and the house is a much calmer place. Its not about being horrible to your dog, its making you the pack leader and giving them praise when they do what you ask.

I can't believe how quiet it is already in the house; no barking at the window (or very little). Lynn showed us how our behaviour towards our dogs was leading to them feeling that they ruled the house rather than the other way round.
It is going to be a long road until the new rules are thoroughly trained in but it is having a marvellous affect on Freddie and Lucy already. I know that Freddie will never like black labs or small dogs, but my wish is for the situation to be controlled so that we can enjoy our walks. Lucy will never forget that we rescued her from intolerable conditions as a Greek stray, but she will learn to come back when called and that she is not in charge of security in the house.
Thank you Lynn.

Lynn was professional and helpful and gave us some very valuable tips and information. After only 15 minutes of work outside with Lynn there was a vast improvement in the way our dog walked and behaved on his lead. Now just two days on whilst continuing with the training exercises my husband was able to talk to a neighbour who had his dog with him and our dog stood quietly, the change is remarkable and it's like we have a new dog! We are more confident and looking forward to taking him further afield for new adventures in the future.
