Since he was a pup of 8 weeks Scamp has suffered from fearful aggression. We tried different dog behaviourists but to no avail. We spent a lot of money on these people. My son and I have been searching the internet to find someone who could actually help. We came across Bark Busters, so I gave them a ring. I was put through to the trainer for my area. Lynn Prentice, we agreed a time and date .approximately 1.5 of Lynn's tuition Scamp began to be calmer. After following Lynn's care plan for Scamp, which I do daily, and lead work, Scamp is turning into the GDS that we really wanted, calm and a pleasure to take out on walks. I continue to follow Lynn's care plan. Money well spent. Thanks alot Lynn.

6 months ago we rang Lynn to help train our 18month old Staffordshire bull terriers, I was at the stage of thinking of rehoming them because I didn't know what to do.We couldn't walk them together, they constantly pulled, were aggressive towards other dogs and each other, they didn't listen to anything we said and every time anybody came round they would jump all over them.We couldn't even sit down without them leaping all us and the sofas .
Now with the help of Lynn's training we can walk them without being dragged everywhere ,family and friends come round without being jumped on and harrassed. Both Bonnie and Riley will lay on their bed or mat when told.
We are now starting to work on walking them together which is something we never thought we'd be able to do and we know it's going to take hard work and commitment but seeing how far they have come in the last 6 months I have complete trust in Lynn and her training methods,

The training was useful and provided some brilliant hints and tips. Lynn was excellent and very patient both with me and Wellington. As a result of using the techniques from the session with Lynn I have seen a marked improvement in Wellington and feel more confident in myself as I now have the tools to deal with problems and issues as they crop up .

I don't really know where to start.. Our 2 mini Schnauzers totally ruled the house and us. We had allowed them to own and control us and our daily lives . Walking them both become no pleasure as they would bark at everyone and everything and we cringed when a visitor came to the door, due to the barrage of barking that would take place. In desperation, we contacted Bark Busters and arranged a session with Lynn. We connected with Lynn straight away and took on board all she told us . Fast forward 2 weeks, dogs now sleep on their own beds, have much clearer boundaries and we are working on issues around ownership of front door, hallway and basic individual lead work. Our dogs appear to be happier, content and less anxious . Ruby our younger dog, age 8 had been running around like a headless chicken protecting Millie , the 11 year old, minding the family and the house, no wonder she was so stressed!!!
We are committed to this training and our goal is to take 2 well behaved, happy, stress free dogs on holiday to Cornwall in November. We opted for the lifetime option, for peace of mind for continuous support if needed.

The session was excellent and really helpful and inciteful. Everything was explained clearly and immediately a change in Barneys behaviour was apparent thanks to Lyn's support and techniques.
There is more work to be done and I'm confident that with Lyn's continued support, and advice we can help Barney get to the desired state and behaviours to help everyone enjoy our time .

We came across Bark Busters in Google and after toying with local obedience classes or having the benefits of in-house training and support from Lynn at Bark Busters, decided to commit to her Puppy Management Programme. We have been absolutely delighted by the service and information we have received so far. Lynn initially spent over 3 hours with us and covered absolutely everything we need to know about raising and managing a puppy, and is subsequently available to talk to us or visit whenever we need her to for the next year. She is an incredibly passionate and well informed trainer and educator, and in no time had our puppy paying attention and responding. Within a few days I had another small issue I needed help with and Lynn was available within a few hours to offer advice. Hand on heart I honestly feel this has been the best decision we have made since getting a puppy - and we look forward to raising her into a well mannered and obedient member of the pack. If you're serious about having a dog and want to ensure that he or she fits in with you as opposed to you fitting in with him or her then I'd give Bark Busters a call.

As soon as Lynn stepped into our house and did the first behavioural corrections to Bella we were immediately sold. Every step of the way we felt that Lynn knew exactly what she was talking about. After our first session we clearly feel confident that we're now on the right track to educate our dog.

I actually can't believe how much of a difference a 2 hour training session made. My dog Dexter had become aggressive and was barking at EVERYTHING - and Lynn explained to me how he was trying to protect both me and the new dog we had brought in to the family. In a very short amount of time she was banging on our front door with only a single bark from him, and he was no longer rushing to the door.
Another thing that was driving me mad was him pulling on the lead and again she showed me a really simple technique that works every time.
She has shown me how to always be in charge so that he doesn't feel the need to do the job for me. We had a visitor around for the first time in months at the weekend and although he barked a few times, after 10min they were in the garden playing fetch!
I'm still working on things with them on a daily basis but it is getting much easier.

Lynn was really helpful from my first phone call with her. She was realistic and optimistic which gave me confidence to book her.
She has given me and my family the skills to improve Tia's life and our enjoyment of her. She was able to observe us with Tia and point out positive corrections. We have worked hard with the skills taught and it is already making a difference. Tia would not drop a ball or toy and will now do this on command- she can walk side by side on lead and will come when called. All as a result of the simple instructions we were taught by Lynn.
I feel more confident and Tia is a happier and more obedient dog as a result.
Lynn also suggested good dietary tips- which have led to Tia gaining weight and being a more contented dog, even after 4 weeks.
I highly recommend Lynn :-)

When Lynn came to meet with us Frank (our beautiful Boxer) was very jumpy - jumping, even sometimes leaping at us and other people when he greeted them, he also practically walked us when on the lead. It's coming up to 2 and a half weeks and already there is a massive improvement. Lynn has been brilliant with the homework she left with us making it very clear about what we need to do which is becoming very effective. Lynn is always on hand should we need to contact her, should she not be available we have always had a call back the same day. We are feeling very positive about Frank's future with us.
