Nicki Platt dealt with: Toileting

I found the session with Nicki very positive. I was given suggestions for improvement rather than being told what to do. Nicki recognised I was on the right track which affirmed me as an owner and with the hints and tips helped me to build on the work with Maisie and Harriet for a quicker outcome.

Really pleased with the prompt response. Nicki contacted us initally supported us over the phone. She then visited us at home spent time really listening to us and all advice was given in a really supportive manner. Nicki then contacted us via phone asking for an update following the advice we really felt supported and that she was only on end of phone to reassure us. Thanks so much.

I found Nicki's explanation and diagnosis of Buddy's problems to be exactly right and the techniques she showed me have given me the tools I need to help set the rules and boundries for Buddy to ensure that he relaxes and enjoys being a member of our family without him trying to assume responsibility for us all. Nicki is straight forward calm and assertive and clearly loves dogs.

Nicki was very good at explaining the reasons for Jacks behaviour. She spent plenty of time observing and analysing his actions. The techniques she suggested have made an immediate improvement but will obviously need to be continued for full benifit.
