What our Clients are saying about us
We had an excellent session with Sharon which helped clarify what the issues were. Sharon demonstrated techniques and got us to do them. We have been able to stick to the techniques since the session and we are now having more fun with Bob on walks and he is calmer in the house. Going well so far ! I'm giving 4* for value for money at this stage as it's very early days as the proof will be in a few months time when Bob's recall is vastly improved but I like the methods and the availability of support.K.R., Neston, Cheshire6th December 2016
The training was thorough and delivered at a good pace. Both myself and my dog 'Louie' gained a good understanding and knowledge of how to attain the standards expected in/around the house. Sharon our trainer was excellent and her techniques, uniquely tailored to us. Looking forward to the next lesson and already seeing positive resultsP.M., Moreton, Merseyside16th November 2016
Sharon was amazing today. Friendly and approachable. She quickly started to explain in a way we could understand bits of her obviously extensive knowledge an understanding of how we can improve the day to day behaviour of our two boxer puppies. Immediately they were calmer and we could see exactly what we were doing wrong but had no idea! I can see how if we follow her advice and everything she taught us today that we can have a good family life with our children and two boxer baby boys! Amazing to watch Sharon at work -we hope we can do her proud in time for her next visit.V.W., Wrexham29th September 2016
Our first session with Sharon went very well and I felt she diagnosed the issues with our dogs quickly . As well as discussing the theory behind the training methods we were going to use, she incorporated several practical exercises to address the problems she had identified, and left us with written instructions so that we would be able to do these ourselves between sessions with her. The dogs responded very well and I am confident that we will see improvements soon.D.A., Rossett, Wrexham9th February 2016
This was our 2nd training session and as with the first, we felt it went really well. Alfie and Lily are making real progress and are growing into lovely, well behaved (for the most part :)) dogs. We have been struggling to stop the puppies from jumping up when we enter the room or when they are excited e.g. at mealtimes /walk times etc. and so Sharon showed us some simple techniques for combatting this behaviour. She also showed us the clicker loading and clicker training so that we can encourage Alfie to sit more obediently without the need for repeated requests. We have moved their crates following Sharon's suggestion as they were having a tendency to toilet in a particular place in the dining room and so their beds are now there so discourage them from toileting there. We were also shown new techniques for walking them together (this was introduced during our first session but we hadn't been successful in embedding this). We have plenty to practice now and the children are fully on board with knowing that they can't give them attention when they first walk into the room and this will reinforce the behaviours which we (the adults) are using to discourage them from jumping up. Sharon continues to be a genius at her craft and we are loving the learning - which is delivered in a calm, consistent but firm way. Another great session so thanks very much Sharon!G.H., Penyffordd, Flintshire20th January 2016

Did not know what to expect at all but session turned out to be so informative and enjoyable both for Elsie and ourselves. Sharon talked to us for a while about the difficulties we had with Elsie and explained things we were doing that weren't helping! She then did some exercises with Elsie and we got to practice too, you could see Elsie was really enjoying using her brain to think and learn. We have continued with the exercises Sharon showed us and Elsie is doing good. It's small steps but we feel confident Elsie will get there as will we with Sharon's help.

Our very first session with Sharon last year was successful in setting up a good relationship between her and us - the dog owners! This is as important as training our dog because it is all so new. Our relationship has continued well and we have learned so much which we have been able to put into practice for our lovely Ink. As a rescue dog with her first 2 years unknown, her behaviour is much improved although we have still not managed to resolve her issues with other animals. We will continue with Sharon's advice and methods and are certain that we will overcome this in time. We highly recommend Sharon as a trainer.
It has been lovely watching this relationship develop. All advice has been taken on board and exercises have been practised and whilst there is still work to do the change in Ink has been brilliant. I am certain the owners will continue to make progress and as their confidence grows the issues will soon be in the past. It has been a pleasure to work with them all.

Feeling very positive after our first session with Sharon. She is very knowledgable and dedicated, 3 hours flew by. We now have many games to play and tips to deal with our behaviour issues. Rigby is learning fast and already making great strides with his lead walking. Highly recommend for a personal service. We are looking forward to further sessions.

Excellent session nothing was to much trouble, Sharon took her time to make sure that the whole family all understood the techniques and gave very good advice on other areas like diet. All of which is showing good early results.

My first session with Sharon was very successful in terms of building a solid relationship between us, the humans! Sharon is very clear in the way she explains and demonstrates behaviours that I show which transfer to my two dogs. In advance of her meeting us on the first day, I sent her a list of what I considered behaviours I would rather my dogs didn't do. There was quite a list I must say, but I discovered through Sharon's explanation that many of the behaviours could be fixed by the same transferable skills, just in different circumstances and environments. A very tailored program which I have been putting in to use from the day she was here and will continue to do so as I am already seeing some successful results. Brilliant! Thank you Sharon.

Sharon arrived and instantly instilled confidence in her ability to help get over a difficult issue with Molly. The three hour session put in place some valuable learning for both my self and Molly and has helped progress our journey to a happy obedient dog. I look forward to the next session which will entail further activities to iron out a few other bad habits.
Thank you for your patience and it's nice to see your experience, knowledge and enthusiasm.

Sharon spent 3 hours with me and koko teaching us both the basics on how to develop the correct behaviours for a great future. Sharon has a passion for dogs and koko loved her and was very responsive to her teachings. Sharon gave us both homework to do and her email address to contact her if any problems occur before our next visit. Thank you Sharon

I needed help with our family Jack Russell's barking when I left the house which was becoming a problem, and Sharon paid her first visit today. I knew it would be hard work from myself (as the primary carer of our dog) and the rest of the family, but Sharon put me at ease and explained the reasons for his barking and spent 3 hours giving guidance as to how I was going to take control of the situation and how, with perseverance, the problem could be resolved. We started with taking control of door entry and exit and with a little more time practicing when Sharon had left, Snoopy was eventually waiting until he was given the say to follow behind through the door after me. It is all small stages leading up to the bigger problems but I can already see the first stages of the process beginning to take place. With guidance from someone (like Sharon) who knows the behaviour triggers of your dog, it all seems very simple as to how to take back control. It is however, now up to us to be consistent with telling our dog what we want from him so he fully understands. Snoopy is 11 and I am 53 - it's never too late to teach an old dog new tricks!
