Very well explained what we need to do. Excellent all round,
This lovely boy was lucky to find a new home with these lovely people! He has some issues, but is basically a lovely boy who needs simple rules and boundaries and is then happy!

The training made a lot of sense. Although we did not want to make some of the changes we could see that it was necessary for training purposes. Three weeks in, and following a second visit, we are already seeing positive changes in the way our boy responds to us. We have also switched to a raw diet which I was very wary of and, for the first time, Albie actually looks forward to his dinner!
A very cute clever little dog who had decided that lunging and spinning at cars and other moving items were worth chasing!! We put the basics in place and today we moved matters on to impulse control teaching him to focus and listen to his owner. He's a star in the making!

Tina talked everything through with me in a thorough and meticulous manner.
Tina listened and answered all questions and concerns about my dog Bear.
I felt more confident and able to continue the training and exercises with Bear once Tina had left, knowing she was available at any time if I needed her.
Bear a young confused and anxious boy, was taking on his protection duties far too seriously, we started very slowly and quietly and had several breaks for him to process the new games and will take our time to help him gain confidence and learn to look to his owner for decisions.

Tina was brilliant, she explained everything so well, and showed me how to teach Geani to be a happier dog. With the right guidance and what Tina taught me and Geani will increase the already good bond we have with each other and seems to be working already. Thank you for that and a lot more.
Geani is a lovely young lurcher, very strong and pulling on the lead and just becoming a teenager! She responded very well and I'm sure with consistency she will be exactly the dog that she was always supposed to be.

It was a lovely afternoon with Tina and learning the do's and don'ts. It was also reassuring that we actually are relatively on the right track so it was a confidence booster for us. We have already swapped to raw food as suggested by Tina and also placed an order with Honeys. we have been doing the commands and he seems to be responding really well to them.( well to me Amanda :) also been doing more research on treats and placed our first order with JR treats, in the hope that it will change my dogs mood from constantly boisterous to a much calmer puppy because hes not so hungry all the time now. we have put him to sleep a lot more which is having a positive effect on his mood. we have started to do recall in the house from one of us at the top floor to the other at the bottom. It worked perfectly yesterday evening. Step by step I think we will get there and it was a great learning curve for us and also good fun. Thank you Tina
A gorgeous young pup full of energy, but sometimes a little too much! Recall is very important for any dog owner to keep him safe and other people from being jumped on by a friendly boy! His owners are keen to keep his food as natural and species specific as possible as they are both keen to eat healthily themselves! It will be fun watching him grow into a lovely boy.

We are now a week and a half into following our bark busters training programme, we are absolutely thrilled with the progress Max is making and the confidence we are feeling now. Tina explained things so well and helped boost our confidence with new strategies. We look forward to working with Tina again.
One of 3 small dogs Max is not a confident dog, but felt he had to do the job of guarding the whole human/dog pack! The techniques I taught his owners worked with all 3 dogs, but as Max had been showing aggression to other dogs and was pulling badly on his lead, there were some specific new games that we taught him. He really enjoyed the work, getting lots of praise as he was set up to succeed in the exercises. Can't wait to see the progress myself!

I thought you might like to know how Maggie is doing, I hope you don't mind. She is doing so well, Tina ☺ We can now walk her past people without her reacting, which is brilliant and such a relief. A chap walked up to us the other day to ask directions, we sat her down and she was as good as gold. Occasionally, she will huff and puff but we reassure her that everything is ok and she is fine. Even cyclists and tractors now she doesn't react to. We have been walking her into Ash a lot which is getting her used to lots of people and dogs and taking her out of her comfort zone. She is still not good with other dogs when on the lead apart from when we walk her into Ash. If she sees another dog then she will just look and doesn't react. I think it's because Ash is not her territory maybe?
The golden retriever that she used to react to when we walked her past the house had to be put to sleep a couple of months ago so walking her past the house has not been an issue. However, the lady has just bought two Spoodle puppies. They have not been out in the garden so far and Maggie doesn't know they are there yet.
There is only really one hurdle left to get over and that is the Vets. We haven't needed to take her yet but I am sure there will come a time when she will need to go. We realise that we will have to muzzle her and have bought a new muzzle just for when we have to take her to the Vets. I will be doing muzzle training with her over the next couple of weeks, as I am on holiday so will have lots of time to do it.
I can't thank you enough for all your help and training advice. Maggie is a different dog now and although it has sometimes been hard work, it has definitely all been worth it. I can't believe how far she has come. I found an old e-mail the other day which I sent to the rescue centre just after we got her to let them know how she was doing. When I read through all the problems she had back then, I suddenly realised how far she has come. She is still not a 'Party Girl', as you once said and I don't think she ever will be but we know her faults and thanks to you, we know how to manage them.
We are, of course, still doing training with her every day, maintenance training, sit, leave, recall when she is off the lead etc. you will be pleased to hear ☺ We realise that it is really important to keep it up.
I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs a dog trainer.
I worked with Maggie and her family over the course of a year, she is a rescue dog from Romania and had real trust problems, being suspicious of all strangers and even some people she saw fairly regularly. She was a sheep chaser, reactive to all forms of transport and almost all dogs she met. Her owners have been so diligent and consistent with the tailor made training programme and with support, they have done a wonderful job and can now enjoy her. She will NEVER be a party girl, but is a much happier relaxed girl now!

Tina was very informative, confident, understanding and helpful.
I can already see the budding change in Brambles
I feel more confident in my commands and can see that if I carry out the training that Tina has shown me within a very short time Bramble will be more secure in meeting other dogs.
Bramble is a young sensitive boy who was showing anxiety meeting other dogs on lead. We worked quietly and calmly with him, his owner gently taking more control of his decisions, so that he didn't have to make mistakes. A lovely boy and with continued work will get over his worries.

Tina listened to our concerns and watched Pepper's behaviour as we talked. She quickly assessed the situation, watching Pepper's interaction with us and our cats. The techniques she showed us how to address the barking worked immediately. We identified triggers and practiced corrective techniques. Tina explained the benefits of a raw food diet and left information for us to study. We were left with 'homework' and advice on how to practice every day. We immediately felt able to address Pepper's barking and we're really pleased we decided to contact Bark Busters
Pepper is a sweet natured terrier x. so has a lot of natural terrier behaviour that she needs to learn to control in situations like chasing the more timid members of the cat family. She already totally respects the "top dog" cat! Barking was a major problem as working from home is difficult when trying to concentrate or deal with phone calls! Pepper enjoyed all the games we put in place and because they are fun the humans enjoyed them too!

I found Tina extremely helpful. She immediately put my mind at rest and made me feel much more confident that we will be able to train Samson into a very well behaved and confident dog.
This puppy is a very willing pupil now that his humans are speaking his language! We taught him lots of simple "games" that will help to ensure that he will "stop" and look to his humans for direction. Can't wait to see him next time!
