Very enjoyable morning. Spent time explaining puppy management. Taught the whole family not just the dog. We have a new puppy, thank you.

Bart is 10 years old and has spent the last 6 years in kennels. he has aggression problems with other dogs. Tracey showed us how to stop him barking at birds/squirrels in the garden and when someone knocks on the door - also how to behave when they come into the house. Then we did close walking and turning and then recall off the lead on the patio. Bart responded well to Tracey as did we! When I rang her for further advise Tracey was most patient and helpful and gave us a lot of hope and confidence.
Apart from Barts aggression to other dogs which is a problem that will be dealt with at a later date, he had several other behavioural issues which required addressing first in order to give the owner more control, not least pulling really badly on the lead.At the end of the session Bart was walking beautifully for both of his owners.

Having previously used Bark Busters a number of years ago with my previous dog I had no hesitation in contacting them for help with my 6 month old Golden Retriever dog Bayley. Upon meeting Tracey I found her to be very pleasant and approachable and I immediately felt comfortable in her company. The training techniques shown to me are easy to follow and after only two weeks of putting them into practice Bayley is responding well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tracey to anyone who needs help with their dog and it is also reassuring to know that she is always at the end of a phone or available for further visits should I need anymore help or assistance with Bayley.

We were really pleased and impressed with the way Tracey addressed the issues we had with Bruce. We have altered his food and resolved how we were the problem as well as the dog. The changes are working and Tracey was our saviour. We have got our garden back without being jumped at.

Tracey was very understanding of the problems with Ben. Her advice was second to none. She not only told us which techniques to use, she also put them into practice and made sure I was aware and able to carry them out before she left. She also advised me on his diet and exercise plan and some literature that i could obtain about this.

Tracey provided an excellent service. Very knowledgable. Provided peace of mind when going through training. Gave us the tools to implement the training ourselves when she is not there. Only day one and already can see results. Very confident our goal will be achieved.

Tracey gave me lots of helpful advise and showed me how to use the techniques and aids with Mojo. His behaviour changed immediately and he seems calmer within the first day. We have a long way to go but now can see a light at the end of the tunnel. A big thanks to Tracey for her patience and understanding and especially for the hope she's given me.

Tracey was fab! After the training session I could not believe the results obtained. I was given the knowledge and understanding as to how to control and react positively when my dog got into the mind of "frenzy". I used to dread visitors calling - now I can't wait for them to come!! Tracey is my sort of person!

Tracey put me at ease right away. I was surprised at how quick Blade was at responding to the command that Tracey told me to use. He is now walking a lot better on the lead and he stops barking almost immediately at the window when he hears or sees someone. He now goes on his bed without being told to, leaving my feet free to move around. "Well done"
