Tracey was very friendly and helpful, and she soon taught me how to stop the dogs barking at the door when visitors arrive, and how to stop them jumping up when the visitors come in. I'm looking forward to putting into practice all she showed me.

By the end of the 3½ hour session I was able to get my dog to sit and stay. This is something that I have been unable to achieve despite two puppy training courses made up of thirteen hours. I was very pleased with the service provided by Fran. She really is very good at what she does.

Once explained, the methods/techniques made complete sense. Steve was our 'third' attempt at gaining control of our dog and the only one to have made a difference. Six weeks in and the techniques are really paying off. It's been hard work but well worth it.
