Wow we were so impressed with the immediate results and at the end of the first day there has already been a huge improvement with her behaviour. Thank you so much already at day 1.

Phillip was excellent, he immediately identified the issues with our dog Sam, and provided sensible explanations for his behaviour & constructive ways to tackle the problem areas. His support over the following weeks was extremely helpful in ensuring that the training learnt continued to benefit both Ruth and I as well as Sam. Thank you.

FABULOUS... Immediate results from the barking, and walking is a joy. I cannot believe we have gone from her pulling so hard on a lead, to practically not knowing the dog is at the other end of the lead.

Young Boxers sometimes have a reputation for being as mad as a 'box of frogs' This can lead to frustration on the part of the owner and much tearing out of hair!
This was a particularly highly spirited dog, in need of mental stimulation so that she could engage her brain. She has taken to the training very well and is almost like a different dog, but still retains her charm.

I can't believe a year has passed so quickly, it seems hardly any time since we met Neil and I explained the problems we had with Brandy. Neil listened carefully to us and explained in an easy to understand way what he thought was going on. We followed Neil's instructions asking him for help and advice when we needed it. With his help and guidance we have been able to resolve all our issues with Brandy and feel more confident about what to do than before our issues started. We would like to thank Neil and recommend him with the greatest confidence.

We could not believe the immediate effect the initial meeting/training had on his behaviour. It is only two days since the training but it is like having a different dog in the house. Hopefully the immediate improvement will be perminant.

If we do have further problems we are confident that Sandra will be able to help.

I was amazed at the difference in the dogs behaviour after the first visit. The dog responded immediately. David left homework for us which was easy to follow and very effective....

We took Bouncer on at 4 1/2 months as our daughter-in-law and son had split up and she felt she could no longer cope with his needs and the children\'s.

We have found Bouncer hard work. But since speaking to Andy Waterhouse on the phone we have fed him differently which seemed to change his behaviour within days.

During Andy\'s visit we saw our dog behave in a much calmer way. We feel much more confident in dealing with situations with Bouncer.

Very first evening, lady knocked on our door. Both dogs were at the door, Bouncer behind the gate. Opened gate, he went to his bed; hand signal, kept our eyes on him, \'Bah\', and he sat then layed down, chin over the edge of bed, door wide open, for good 3-4 minutes - he was brilliant. Phoned Andy because we were so surprised and relieved that both Bouncer and our 12 year old Bonnie stayed back from the door and both layed down.

Amazing results on first visit, the money was well spent in those first two hours. Looking forward to the coming 12 months.

We have two 'very well behaved' 9 month old pups all thanks to Linda Dodsworth.

For the time that Diane spent with us, she had Louis our seven month old Springer Spaniel doing things we would not have thought possible in so short a time. We know it will be an ongoing thing to train Louis properly but we seem to have got off to a flying start. Thanks Diane

It is good to know that there is a support mechanism in place for both us and Mia during her training. We like the fact that the training is done at home and additionally the natural approach to her training (i.e) natural diet, growling (soft corrections) etc. We hope that the good work continues.
