Really pleased with the prompt response. Nicki contacted us initally supported us over the phone. She then visited us at home spent time really listening to us and all advice was given in a really supportive manner. Fran was very good. She was here for three hours going through everything with us before showing us what to do. After just one visit I have not been bitten/mouthed in two weeks! I cannot thank Fran enough. there is still a long way to go but I am sure we will get there with Fran's help. I think we have made every animal noise under the sun to say 'Bah'. It may sound funny but it does work!

This large puppy was over exuberant and challenging his owner to the point of frustration . However, he wanted to learn and settled down pretty quickly once Mrs T used the training system with confidence and followed through with the reinforcement of the exercises given. Mrs T really enjoys the fact that her puppy is enjoying the training. I am looking forward to the follow-up sessions to see the improvement this puppy and owner will make!

Really pleased with first session. Learnt good techniques to deal with her disruptive behaviour, towards other dogs, & gained a good understanding of why my dog behaves this way. Jacquie was easy to talk to & understand. Very informative & I feel that I can make progress with Pepper & have a trainer I can relate to.

We never thought it possible that a few simple instructions and one very powerful 'word' could have such a dramatic effect. Our house and walk time are calmer, quieter and a lot more enjoyable. Even our neighbour has commented she can walk up and down her path without the usual accompanying barking.

I have found the dog training experience with Bark Busters very valuable. Andy has transformed my dogs completely in a short period of time.

My dogs used to bark at visitors or anyone who just passes near my house. Now they obey my commands and are very quiet indeed.

I can recommend Bark Busters to anyone who has dog traing problems. If my crazy Lizzie and Toby have been transformed, your dog can too.
