Andy immediately established a rapport with Finley, who responded well to him. In the first half hour the retriever's 'manners' improved, and this has continued. Recall is taking longer but we are hopeful! We feel more confident now and recognise the need for firmness and consistency.

Lilly is still a work in progress, but Andy has given us more confidence especially with recall; although not instantly coming back, she is much more attentive and I am sure will improve!

We were surprised how quickly things improved with Marco after Andy had explained things to us. It was good that Andy came with us to walk Marco and then to the park to show us what to do as a problem came up. I was losing my confidence to walk Marco on my own and this was a big concern for me. I now know I can control him and our evening walks are something we both enjoy. The lead training Andy showed us has made so much difference. Dogs have always been an important part of my life and I did begin to doubt my decision to have such a powerful breed this time. Thanks to Andy these doubts have gone and Marco and I have a great relationship.

Monty became from barking at people to a complete calm, relaxed dog after a short session. It is now up to us to keep him this way, hope he will be a pleasure to visitors.

I found Andy very approachable with the problems and concerns that I have with the dog. Primarily dog training (toilet).

He took us all out for a walk to the park. We all had a go at walking the dog'. I am trying to keep the good work up

Andy's easy to follow methods and new healthy diet have turned our Zac into a calmer, more settled and much happier dog. We discovered it wasn't just Zac that needed training, it was us too!

Thanks to Andy, Zac now walks to heel, will come when called, and allows us to answer the front door without his 'supervision'! Amazing!
