It was fantastic to have Craig come to the house. He was able to see the problem straight away and gave us all the tools and information needed to make things better. In only two weeks I have already seen a big improvement in our dog \'Harry\'. Very pleased with the service. Thanks.

Craig was great at explaining and demonstrating the various techniques & exercises necessary for us to become the 'leaders', in a clear & easy to follow way. He opened our eyes to the many ways Tyson was 'training us', and what we could do to stop it. We have definitely seen an improvement in Tyson's behaviour since our first session with Craig, particularly in the house and garden. He listens and responds to us more, and we are starting to see some great results. We still have a way to go however, and look forward to working with Craig some more in the future. We are confident that Tyson will be the perfect dog he is just dying to be!

  • Sibling Rivalry - aggression or fighting between dogs in the same household

When Craig arrived our dogs were straining to get to each other, snarling and barking, and we were literally at the end of our tether. Ten minutes later they were lying at our feet, completely calm. This was one of those: "If you haven't seen it, you wouldn't have believed it" Experiences. It has transformed our dogs and given us back a happy and relaxed household.

I cannot recommend Craig highly enough!

  • Puppy Management

We wanted to ensure that had good leadership in place over our new puppy from the earliest stage possible, but didn't understand until our first session with Craig that we sending her totally the wrong signals, and doing exactly the opposite of our intensions. By the end of the first day of practicing what Craig had taught us, we already have seen a marked improvement in her behaviour, and will definitely continue training her using these methods.

  • Puppy Management

Craig's session was brilliant, he was extremely helpful and clear. His approach is great and we saw immediate improvement in our puppy's behaviour. Craig's attitude made us very comfortable, and we felt he was really listening and addressing our case with a very personal approach. We couldn't believe how effective his techniques were.

By the end of the 1st session I thought that Craig had given me a different dog. I was amazed at what could be achieved in a couple of hours.

Thank you so much! We already notice a great change in Honey, and hopefully he'll be a more happy dog after all the training we've learnt today. We'll keep practicing all the techniques Craig taught us today, and enjoy Honey's company more thanks to Craig!

Each lesson a little improvement. My only complaint would be it would great to have more time!! Thank you Craig !!!

Craig was very polite, professional and helpful during the training sessions. He explained how he thought Grace had become a problem & left us feeling that if we had any repeat of her original problems we could call him. He tried very hard to boost my confidence in dealing with her with me as the pack leader.
