I was impressed by the patience taken by Debbie to listen to the problems we were having and the explaining of the techniques used by B/B for behavioural correction.

After only one session followed by working on our own the following week I noticed a susbtantial difference in Tessa's behaviour and she seemed much more relaxed and happy.

Debbie was excellent. She recommended we change Fraoch's food and that made a huge difference. The training is taking slightly longer (my own fault) but I have no regrets asking for Debbie's help because I know with some work I will have the dog we have always wanted.

Debbie was great with Harvey but I needed more help than my dog. It proved to me that my dog is very good when dealt in the correct manner which I required tuition. We both are very happy. I thought Harvey was becoming a bit agressive but Debbie helped me to understand that I was giving all the signals that he was in charge. I have continued to carry out the exercises that Debbie had given me and I am very confident that I am very much in charge and that I have a very obedient and happy dog. Also advice to change his diet was great and he is more satisfied and content. Thankyou Debbie

I didn't think the techniques that I was shown would work so quickly. I have only been using them a few days and there is a big difference in the attitude of my dog. He seems happier and relaxed.

Liked the system used and hopefully it will give us three obedient happy dogs. The session was not rushed and well explained.
