The crate training has helped almost overnight with his toileting. Diane explained the reasons why Louis has been doing what he does, which of course all made sense when viewed from a dog's perspective rather than a humans. A very interesting session and both dog and humans learnt a lot. With the training methods Diane gave us I think we shall definitely have a happier dog.

I was quite worried before the session that Diane would say that she couldn't help us. But after just a couple of hours it was incredible to see the change we had achieved.

We still have a way to go regarding the separation anxiety, but with persistance and consistency I am confident we will deal with it.

It is a great comfort to know that we can call on Diane when we need to.

We can see a difference in Bronson since Diane came, although it is only a couple of days.

We still have a long way to go with him but he will get there in the end. Should have done it months ago when he was still a young pup.

At least we are not pulling our hair out anymore and getting wound up with his bad behaviour.

He seems to be a much calmer dog now.

Diane came to our house. Straight away she put you at ease. She is so understanding of your problems. She lets you do things at your own pace which is brilliant, there is no pressure put on you which makes you feel 100% better with your situation.

She is such a superstar and I am confident she will help me and my dog Petra. Bark Busters and their staff are No1 in my books and will be in yours. No one can top them.

After spending just a couple of hours with Diane, then approx 30 minutes with our dog Blizzard included, the difference was astonishing. Blizzard is becoming an amazing dog noticed by everyone who encounters him. "Diane has the nack"
