When the Therapist (Diane Foster) came to our house to show us what to do with our puppies training I admit we were sceptical. But what a difference two hours can make to your outlook. We were very impressed with the techniques we were shown and the instant difference to our dog.

There was an instant transformation, Lily is like a different dog. Very impressed with Diane, I was anxious that she would make me feel that Lily was aggressive due to the way we treat her but was reassured that as she is a pack dog she feels like the boss. Diane put me at ease and I am very grateful for her help.

My trainer was firm but understanding at the same time as this is the 1st dog the family have had and we adore him.
