Diane was brilliant, she shared her knowledge and experience with me and Bobby. By using the techniques she shared with me I was amazed to see the change in my dog, he is so calm, doesn't bark at the slightest thing anymore, comes when he's called. It's amazing!

Diane was very patient and understanding. Diane answered all the qustions and rang back when I emailed her. Max is now walking well on a lead and not jumping up so much. It is good to know if there are any problems I can always email Diane.

It takes daily hard work and I still have a long way to go, but Diane's shown me how to get some previously unbelievable results and then build on these to eventually solve my dogs numerous problems.

I am very saitisfied with all the help and guidance I have been given so far. Initial visit for three hours was enjoyable as well as instructive. The trainer was obviously knowledgeable in all aspects of canine behaviour as well as friendly. She offered help that was constructive and effective, making changes where necessary to adapt to my restricted mobility. I have seen improvement within the last week and she made a second appointment when requested to return within a week of me contacting her.
