Advice to research diet was invaluable. Dexter's natural diet has redudeced biting and made him a much happier and more responsive puppy. Techniques shown really work and I only have to pick up the training pillow and he knows I mean business!

Diane was very polite and friendly. We talked for a long time about the dogs history and behaviour, feeding routine and the problems I was experiencing.

Diane decided that I needed to go back to basics because the dogs had too much control within the household and of me. Diane showed me how to take control and some simple exercises to do with the dogs on a daily basis with a review of the progress after 3 weeks.

I was at my wits end and had even contacted the local dogs home with a view to get her rehomed. I now feel more in control and have a positive out look and feel that with some patience and hard work I will have a dog to be proud of. We found our first session very interesting. We have been using the techniques since then, (yesterday) & Mika - dog has responded really well - bless her!

We are using them consistently, in a fun way & apart from one mini - sulk today, she has been absolutely brilliant, with hardly any barking at the door already. I think the neighbours are probably used to hearing us say "Bah" by now!
