I was reaching the end of the line with Ziggy and now feel that we are making progress. We still have along way to go but now there is light at the end of the tunnel thanks to Diane. I am hopeful that in another few months he will be even more relaxed and delightful to have as a pet.

Diane's diagnosis was spot on. She explained everything clearly and while she talked it was all becoming clear what was wrong. When she left we felt a lot better and more confident in what we had to achieve with Oscar. We would highly recommend Bark Busters as you learn something new every day. Once again Diane was great.

The crate training has helped almost overnight with his toileting. Diane explained the reasons why Louis has been doing what he does, which of course all made sense when viewed from a dog's perspective rather than a humans. A very interesting session and both dog and humans learnt a lot. With the training methods Diane gave us I think we shall definitely have a happier dog.

I was quite worried before the session that Diane would say that she couldn't help us. But after just a couple of hours it was incredible to see the change we had achieved.

We still have a way to go regarding the separation anxiety, but with persistance and consistency I am confident we will deal with it.

It is a great comfort to know that we can call on Diane when we need to.
