Fran explained everything I needed to do very clearly. She gave me the skills to use for training my dog myself. Ozzy responded very well to the training so I am hoping we will both be improved by the next visit.

Fran was extremely knowledgeable and put things into clear instructions. The initial results were amazing but we are under no illusions that this process is long term.

Leo, the four year old only rescue dog has responded to the training better than Sky who is only nine months.

We have no doubt that we will get to where we want to with Fran's support.

On my second visit there was no doubt in the change in behaviour of both dogs. They were definitely calmer and the younger one was no longer attacking the older one. Most barking had stopped and if there was any barking they stopped when told.
I'm very pleased with the progress and so were the clients!

I found Fran very approachable and friendly.I also found her very patient and helpful where I was going wrong.

Fran was approachable, friendly and explained everything in a clear simple format.

This dog was barking when I arrived the first time and she was very excitable once I met her. On the revisit she was somewhat calmer and once she was corrected she stopped the barking. She is walking better but is easily distracted.

Fran was excellent at calming my dog down and making him respond to the commands I gave him. I can see an improvement already although I know it is early days and it is a long term process.

Our dog responded very well to Fran and was soon getting to grips with his new regime. He is much better when people (including our family) enter our house, his lead work is improving and he has been much calmer.

Fran is very supportive, understanding and totally dedicated. The 1:1 training is excellent but you have to be prepared to put in lots of hard work. Although our beautiful Maltese still has issues with other dogs, we have reduced the aggression, by now being in control of the situation and being able to correct him. We still have a long way to go but already have seen a difference and improvement in his behaviour. His pulling on the lead has improved with the Bark Busters techniques and together we believe we will conquer the problems. So pleased we did this!

The difference in Milo was amazing after just a three hour session. I am very pleased with his progress.He still has some way to go but I am happy with our achievements to date.I have already passed on this number to two people who are having problems with their dogs. Fran was very good at reiterating all the points that I needed to be adopting as I kept forgetting bits of the bah , good boy. She didn't get frustrated or judgemental and instilled a "You can do this" attitude which was very helpful in getting me to overcome my anxieties about my dog's behaviour. I feel confident and happy that I can hellp him to be a happier dog. thank you very much!
