The therapist was easy to work with. We found the training really helpful and easy to do. We were amazed at how quickly our dog responded to the techniques we were shown.

This dog was suffering from extreme nervousness and avoidance of people: JW says: I had my doubts if the training would work. I am delighted to say that Jay's improvement has come on leaps and bounds. A big thank you to Fran, who's know-how certainly did the trick

J&AW, Seaham co. Durham

The first time I met Jay (a rescue dog) he was very afraid and avoided me and even took off when his owner tried to call him to us. He did the typical thing a nervous dog does, he ran under a bed.Jay was nervous outside and wouldn't walk or come back to Jw in the house. Since the first visit JW worked tirelessly with Jay to make him more comfortable with family and friends. On my third visit I was absolutely blown away as Jay actually came to the door and stayed behind JW then actually came up to me and sniffed me. It just shows that those clients who are consistent with practising the exercises given will obtain the results!! Well done JW!

Very pleased with Fran, especially the suggestion on diet which had made a big difference in Misty's behaviour. Received excellent advice on how to start our change in behaviour and look forward to continuing receiving more help on the more challenging behaviour.

It's a week since Fran came to see Millie. We found Fran to be very professional and exceptionally pleasant. We are following her clear instructions and Millie is responding very well. After just 7 days we cannot believe the difference in her overall behaviour.

V & A F, Stockton-on -Tees, Cleveland

I visited again after 3 weeks and Millie was a changed dog. She was so calm and just came up to say hello without jumping and being over excited. There was no barking and the report was that everyone has noticed how quiet she is in the back garden.

They needed to confirm a few queries and were given options to sort out the behaviour at the caravan where her behaviour has also improved.

I am the proud owner of a two year old Great Dane. Although I am used to large dogs my Dane was indeed a challenge i.e. giving me a black eye and breaking my finger when pulling on the lead. In desperation I turned to Fran Gascoigne at Bark Busters who understood my problems and more importantly Murphy's! Through gentle but consistent and patient training and instigating her professional service training plan and techniques I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Murphy is now a new dog, although still boisterous in his way he now obeys my commands without question. I am still in touch with Fran in case a new problem arises and I take great comfort that she is always there to give me practical advice when needed.

KS, Washington, Tyne & Wear

Murphy has definitely calmed down. He was boisterous and pulled on the lead to dogs and anyone. He is now an easier dog to walk making the outings a pleasure.

The Bark Buster training has made an improvement in Jet's behaviour. We are pleased with hid progress. We found the methods used by Fran really good and she explained everything clearly.

M&BC, co Durham

On a return visit Jet's behaviour had improved enormously. He was calmer in the house and had stopped barking when someone came to the front door. The techniques had obviously been followed through.

  • Destructive chewing that results in destruction of furniture, woodwork etc
  • Puppy Management

I found Fran very informative and the notes supplied were easy to follow. After what could only be described as a mad half hour by George I found following the 'ignor him' procedure to work extremely well.

LG, Stanley co Durham

After following the training for a month George's behaviour around the house has improved enormously. He now follows the command to go to bed.
