Isla was prompt and a credit to Bark Busters, she wore the Bark Busters shirt and introduced herself. Isla sat with us both and listened to the problems we were having with Cassie, plus observing other short falls we were not aware of. Then Isla made notes and explained the strategies we should adopt to reduce/stop the mis behaviour that Cassie had acquired. All the strategies Isla explained are quite understandable and achievable with Isla's help. Isla is very professional in her approach and understanding our problems. I would recommend your organisation to anyone who is experiencing problems, especially if all your trainers are as competent as Isla. We are astounded at the progress Cassie has made after only one 3 hour session.

Meko refused to walk on a lead before Isla came to visit us, by the end of the session Meko had walked 2 miles and was reacting to other people and their dogs beautifully. Isla is a walking book of knowledge about dogs which is really important, she explained about Meko's body language and what to look for. Isla also explained about the importance of diet. The training was fun and even though Meko was stubborn at first he soon conformed. It felt wonderful to be able to walk Meko, chihuaha's arent just lap dogs.

Bobby has done very well with the training so far he behaves really good as soon as the canny collar goes on, we have done meet and greet with other dogs and he acted calm after giving the command. The improvement in him when we go for a walk is really good. No more pulling or barking. I can not believe the change in my dog after only a couple of weeks.

Isla Clarke came to help me with Oaty. The RSPCA asked me if I would foster him. Sadly due to his life of bad owners he has many problems the worst - he bites. I have had him since 20th Feb 2011 without the excellent help & kindness I thought him a hopeless case! and was going to return him. He is 4 years old and a cairn x, so due to his start in life he never really stood a chance as his breed needs strict rules. Bark Busters are very lucky to have Isla Clarke represent them. She was amazing. So professional in every way and a pleasure to have in my home to help me deal with sadly although tolerable a very aggressive dog with many bad habits. He is far from perfect but i am putting all Isla advised me to do into practise. The instructions she gave me were beautifully written as well as all the printed literature she left me to help make Oaty a better dog.I am hoping I will be able to have a visit later on. it is a pity Isla can't train all dogs as owner and dog would have better lives. My regards to Isla. A big thank you.

We chose Pip from our local dogs home about 6 months ago, he is approx 10 years old and has cataracts and is hard of hearing. He is a wonderful old man with a sweet temperment but he did have a problem, he was obsessed with dogs, pulling and barking continuously to get them causing other dogs to get nasty with him which was causing stress on every walk. Enter Bark Busters & Isla she assessed Pip both in the home and in the local park and gave us tips and advice on how to combat the problem and within days Pip was calmer and had stopped pulling. Isla is obviously passionate about dogs & her job and is cheerful and listens to and takes on board your concerns and will work with you. We found Bark Busters an excellent service with the added bonus of a 12 month contract.
