  • Barking at people, dogs, animals, birds or where the dog barks for attention or at the slightest noise

Rocky is 11 years old a chihuahua and has been the centre of the family for all those years. He has always barked a lot, especially when children have been present. As we are now expecting our first granchild I realised something has to be done about the persistent barking. Isla called on wednesday by the next day we had results and now one week later, the barking has virtually disappeared, i only wish i had taken this action long ago. Rocky has not been phased by it an if anything seems to have benefited. Excellent result.

Isla was fantastic with us all, our dog Marley responded very well to training although he will need lots more. The aggression he had towards my husband has stopped. he now walks alot better on the lead, my arm can remain in its socket. in the three hours Isla was with us she changed Marley for the better. I will recommend Bark Busters to everyone.

Isla was very professional and had a deep and thorough understanding of dog behaviours. She explained carefully all the reasons for dogs conduct and how they relate to humans. She was able to demonstrate simple techniques for addressing the issues that we highlighted and several others which she had observed in Sam. She demonstrated the use of the lead for controlling position and speed while walking. She gave us several key words to establish and maintain contol. She left us with some valuable training exercises to control Sam. Overall her pace was brisk and business like but sometimes a little too swift for us to take it all in. we would of preferred 2 shorter sessions rather than one long one. Overall this was an excellent and vaulable traiing session. It would have been useful to encounter other dogs to help with the situation but all in all a useful opportunity.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professional way Isla showed. She arrived on time and with all the information required. The techniques she showed me to deal with my dogs problem were very effective and after just a few days I have seen a marked improvement in his general behaviour. It is too soon at the moment to predict how he will respond to the groomer which has been his main problem, but following Isla's recommendation I am hoping that this will be resolved before his next appointment. Overall very impressed with Isla and Bark Busters.

I am enjoying working with Billy and now that we have been to the groomers we can see progress, we have a few more appiontments made with the groomer which I will be looking forward to.

Isla was with us for 4 1/4 hours and the results were very good but..the next day when I took her down to the park where we always go daily she was fantastic! Walked to heel, stayed and went to her bed, stayed when instructed even when food was thrown for her. Since then everything has been excellent apart from the box/bed she assumes that we are going out whenever she is put in her bed/box. We will have to work on this!

Isla spent the afternoon with ourselves and our recently adopted retired race greyhound to help with his aggression towards other types of dogs By the end of the afternoon we were walking our dog Pumpkin with another dog side by side which was wonderful to see. Isla also advised on diet & identified straight away that Pumpkin was on food that doidnt agree with him, we changed straight away & the results were we had a happier more content dog. Isla was brilliant with us & Pumpkin he has learnt new commands & has a great new friend thanks to Isla.

Our session with Isla was very informative. We learned alot about Tilly\\\'s behaviour as well as the tell tale signs that told us Tilly is a happy dog. Isla taught us techniques to control Tilly\\\'s barking at the gate and those techniques gave immediate results. We are continuing to use them and found the correction to be especially effective. I would thoroughly recommend Isla and Bark Busters to anyone.
