Janet has been instrumental in making Cass a happier, more confident dog. Cass in our eyes has been the best dog in the world and it was very upsetting yo say the least, when we were made aware of the fact that she became distressed every time we left her in the house. We realise the need for consistency and that there is much to do, but now feel much more confident as dog owners. All round top show!
