From the moment Jen arrived, she was thorough, professional and confident. She worked with us for two hours, during which time we saw an enormous change in Sam. Since Jen's visit, he has continued to be calm, obedient and responsive to us. He no longer tries to 'kill' every visitor - the postman, window cleaner etc. We are so happy with the progress we have all made and Sam is now a much calmer, happier dog. I was amazed at how well both dogs took to the training. Jen was a great help and even on the first day we could all see the difference. Me and my family will keep up the training and I believe in no time we will have control. I would like to thank Jen for giving me my dog back and for giving my mum the confidence that she needed with my bouncy dog, Scraps.

We couldn't believe how quickly things changed, the incessant barking was stopped immediately and life became pleasant again making it a pleasure for us and Poppy when in the garden. Jen also made us realize it was not just Poppy who needed training but us also and she is always there if needed.

Nasher was doing a lot of barking when I first saw him and was also pulling on the lead. His owners have done really well in stopping these behaviours and are now working to achieve recall with him which I am confident they will soon have.
