A good positive start to training. Jen asked probing questions and observed both dogs showing all above signs. Effective rectification methods explained fully and put into practice in first session, which we have continued to follow and are starting to see positive results, in different ways for both dogs. Excellent support from Jen and although it is early days in their 'rehabilitation', with continued perserverance, we are confident that we will have two very happy, responsive and controlled dogs.

Jen's instructions on how to stop two of our five dogs robust play/fighting and all five barking have been adopted. The problems were overcome on the day of the visit and one week on we remain in control and the problems have not returned. We now have the control we were looking for. Excellent, after trying the rest we now have the best. Results in literally minutes. There is no such thing as magic but this is the exception. By following the guidance of Jen, Merlin showed incredible results in just a few days. From a whirling dervish to sweet surrender. He's so much happier and calmer and we are simply delighted. Thank you to Jen for a excellent first session. The training was clear and we are practicing the techniques shown with our dog. She responded to the training almost immediately. Sam was not wanted by his previous owner as she was out at work all day, his behaviour due to this became unacceptable. Since Bark Busters training commenced we have noticed a big improvement. His barking has reduced by 90%, control on his lead is 100%. He still does not grasp the word 'sit' but it is still early days for a pup who has had no training at all. Our control over the door has much improved, we can now allow people into our home as we have asked family and friends to give us notice of their visits. He still has a long way to go but practice makes perfect and that is the key to keep up with what Bark Busters has shown us on a daily basis. We are very impressed.
