Jen was great, Geordie started listening straight away. Jen sorted his pulling on the lead straight away. She also sorted his aggression out, we are very thankful for her help, he is getting better each day.

Very pleased, the dog's demeanor seems completely different in a very short space of time. We like the lead and canny collar, although thought they were a little expensive.
