Jinny performed some minor miracles with Sam. She is patient and consistent and wins through. She taught me some amazing techniques that really work. Jinny gives me confidence in myself and my dog and this feeling stays with me when she has left.

Even after the first session Louis was a calmer dog. It is wonderful to have Jinny at the end of the telephone or email for her advice. There is still a lot of work to be done but we are definitely getting there!

I can't believe the change in my dog. She is a more calmer and relaxed dog and hardly barks at all.

Milton seemed to be a better behaved dog the next morning. He reacted to the Bah command to stay behind me and was less boisterous than normal. Outside training still needed. Thanks Jinny.
