We saw almost instant improvements in some aspects of Jazz's behaviour which we weren't expecting after just one session - other issues will take a little longer but we are doing our "homework".

Kim was fantastic and it's reassuring to know that she's on the other end of the phone.

Kim's approach is excellent. She explains the reasons behind the technique along with how to do it. Archie a Boxer was our first dog and headstrong. He now obeys the commands and is a pleasure to take on a walk. Kim has been happy to revisit when required to enforce the training technique. I contacted Kim as a last resort for Finn after trying multiple dog trainers/techniques that didn't work. He's an excitable little chap to say the least. Amongst his problems he is/was a jumper, a barker and he also has had separation anxiety and boredom issues...not anymore, from the first session with Kim I could see a positive change.
