We were delighted with the help we got from Lee. He was very professional but also accessible. He was also very non - judgemental about how or why we had these issues. The techniques he showed us were instantly effective and we have been very successful in continuing to follow his advise and can see a real improvement. As a result of having a calmer household we have all benefitted - even the children seem calmer! We have been telling all our colleagues how impressed we are. As a final note - someone come to the door and actually thought we were out due to the lack of barking and general mayhem! Thank you. We are enjoying our dogs again.

We have noticed a change in Maddy (for the good). She's started to listen to us more now without an argument, but she's still got her lovely and funny personality.
