We have had two weeks training and are gradually working through our problems. We are happy with the progress we have made so far but we know we have a long way to go.

Margaret was fantastic. In no way was I made to feel awkward throughout the session. She bonded immediately with Oakley and within the first 30 minutes I noticed a change in Oakley's behaviour.
