We did not expect the results so quickly, expected it to take much longer to solve problems but it has moved forward very fast

Jake came to us with lots of problems, a lot of which we got through, apart from the aggression and barking which seemed to get worse. Neil was very helpful, he listened to everything we had to say them came up with some simple, but effective methods to deal with the problems we were experiencing. Our puppy has been happier for having his 'new' parents trained to look after him properly and is growing up to be a delightful dog. I would recommend any novice dog owner to have some sessions with Neil it will make all the difference.

I can't believe a year has passed so quickly, it seems hardly any time since we met Neil and I explained the problems we had with Brandy. Neil listened carefully to us and explained in an easy to understand way what he thought was going on. We followed Neil's instructions asking him for help and advice when we needed it. With his help and guidance we have been able to resolve all our issues with Brandy and feel more confident about what to do than before our issues started. The training techniques used are simple but effective. The sessions are easy to follow and understand. It's great knowing there's always help from the trainer available whenever you need them. We have seen a marked improvement in our three dogs already and feel confident that before long all their problems will have been addressed and cured. I'd recommend B/B to anyone I know having problems with ehir dogs.
