Very friendly therapist who worked well in helping me understand my puppies problems and addressed issues individually giving guidance and help to assist both me and my puppy in understanding each other more so we can enjoy our time together.

For the first time Tex is learning to play, dropping his toy for me to throw which he has never done before. It is early days but this is one dog that has had a stay of execution and everyone much happier.

Nicki was completely at ease with Neo. She assessed him and made several recomendations to help. Introduced the canny collar - now its up to us for the next fortnight - unless we need her sooner !!

Did not believe that just using 'Bah' would have such an effect on our dogs, it is amazing, they are actually listening to us and seem a lot happier in themselves, this is week 1 and they are still pulling a bit when on the lead but we can see a big difference already. Worth every penny already.

Nicki explained everything very clearly and checked for understanding, I was amazed how quickly Becks responded, we were left with managable homework and so far so good, Nicki rang us to see how we were doing. I am very happy.
