Nicki spent alot of time with myself and Roxy giving me the tecniques to correct Roxy's behaviour. Nicki was very friendly and I was able to discuss all issues with Roxy.

Nicki was very good at explaining the reasons for Jacks behaviour. She spent plenty of time observing and analysing his actions. The techniques she suggested have made an immediate improvement but will obviously need to be continued for full benifit.
