Nicki was very professional. She took her time to observe and assess Sweet-Pea. She then demonstrated basic training techniques and left me with a write up of these and other information for looking after Sweet-Pea. I have followed Nicki's system and found it to be very effective in curing Sweet-Peas aggression.

Bess responded very well to all the tips Nicki gave. She is much more relaxed, this helps me enjoy having her. One of my friends bought Bess a new bed! Just as a thanks for not getting barked at when she trys to leave.

Words can not express the gratitude I feel towards Nicki for helping me with Kodi who is now a joy to be around when we have visitors! To be able to take her out in public is amazing and I cant thank her enough.
