Nicki never made me feel 'stupid' her advice and suggestions will be taken on board. Her attitude to both myself and my dog where everything you would expect from a proffessional. I am looking forward to putting what I have learnt into practice.

We have just returned from our first walk with me in control and not Bobby, it is amazing result for our first outing. Many many thanks Nicki you showed us both who had the problem and it wasn't the dog!

Nicki put us both at ease straight away, and the training was clear and precise, and we could see instant results - I was amazed, it is so nice to be able to take Leo out without being pulled over - he is so good now.

Nicki was fab, very clear explanations and reasoning behind the training. She has coached me to become a more confident leader with my dog and Lil has become much calmer and responsive to me which is great.

Missy responded excellently to the training techniques - I am now able to walk my hyperactive dog with minimum effort, and also walk her pushing my 4 week old daughter in her pram. A vision I did not forsee ever happening due to Missy's constant pulling- a problem that no longer exsists!
