Nicki spent a good 2 hours with Jess & myself and was great. Jess is responding well to the techniques Nicki explained. As she is 13 years old I've got to be patient. Nicki is as nice as she sounds on radio merseyside.

We have only had one session with the therapist. She was very good explaining things, so we are hopeful for the future.

Nicki was friendly and down to earth. I can't beleive Charlie has responded to the techniques so quickly. Its a pleasure to walk him and my anxiety has decreased tenfold.
