Not only did Nicki deal with the problems that I knew I had, but she also advised us of situations that would/could cause problems. She gave us confidence to deal with all three dogs with tecniques that produced immediate results effectively. We are all happier & can see that our rescue puppy will settle into the pack.

For the first time Tex is learning to play, dropping his toy for me to throw which he has never done before. It is early days but this is one dog that has had a stay of execution and everyone much happier.

Nicki was completely at ease with Neo. She assessed him and made several recomendations to help. Introduced the canny collar - now its up to us for the next fortnight - unless we need her sooner !!
