Phillip was fantastic and has helped me address the difficulties I have been having with Amelie. Amelie is far more relaxed in our home, and I feel much more confident with her & able to take my role as pack leader. I would recommend Phillip & Bark Busters without any hesitation. Thank you for your help, and all the information, support & guidance. I was at my wits end!!

Ms. L. M, West Hampstead, London, NW6

Amelie is a 4 year old female French Bulldog who had been rescued from an unscrupulous breeder who had kept her until the age of 9 months. Amelie had missed her critical socialisation window of opportunity, and had no experience of living in a combined human/canine pack. When Lana first called me Amelie was showing severe signs of aggression to her owner, so much so that she had to wear special protective clothing in order to be in the same room as her dog. Through a process of classical and operant conditioning, we have worked together to re-align the pack into a functional entity, and now Amelie is a calm submissive, unstressed dog and her devoted owner can proudly invite guests in without fear of them being lacerated. Well done Lana and Amelie. A very fulfilling result, for owner dog and behaviourist.

Great service provided by Phillip, and wonderful results with both of our dogs. So simple, yet it had seemed so complex to us before we called in the experts.

I have a little Yorkie whose frequent barking was making my life difficult and stressful and caused a complaint from my neighbours. Phillip from Bark Busters has shown me how to transform his behaviour almost overnight. I now have a dog, who, thanks to our training programme, is relaxed, happy and much quieter. Visitors to our home are amazed at the improvement in all areas of his behaviour. I feel much more confident in my relationship with my dog and am enjoying the company as never before. It's great to know I have the support of Bark Busters for 12 months. The cost of the training programme has been worth every penny.

Phillip came to us four years ago, when my lively boston terrier was a puppy. He is a lovely guy, easy to work and get along with, and the sessions were fun and interesting. After a couple of follow up visits, I have never had to call him again. Those simple techniques have stayed in place and served us well. Dolly is a joy to live with and care for, beautifully behaved and a testament to Phillip's talent and good work.

We are very impressed with the quality and standard of training. Phillip made an immediate impact on both me, my husband and Woody our dog. We all worked with him and at the end of our session there was a very noticeable change in all our behaviour. From stressed and unhappy to calm and in control. We are all still learning and I am secure in knowing that Phillip will support us through our journey.

The training has been very helpful and has taught us a lot. We thought we knew the basics of dog training, but to see these methods put into place by someone as rigorous and consistent as Phillip really helped put the training techniques into a context. Aggy responded immediately and has shown great improvement in the way she handles other dogs, and the training has greatly reduced her barking at the door etc.

Dear Phillip -Stanley and Stella are significantly calmer and their behaviour on the street is much improved. You provided me with the knowledge and skill sets to make my companions feel safe and secure. (Quite certain I have more to learn to give them a better quality of life but this is a great start.) Thank you so much for your time and compassionate energy you gave our little family on Tuesday, we are all much happpier because of your gift. All our best, Maeve, Stanley and Stella

Maeve Doyle, Notting Hill, London

Stanley and Stella are the most delightful Chihuahua cross siblings, who, due to their unbelievable adorability, had managed to ascend to being leaders within their mixed canine/human pack. In dog training circles, we call this little dog syndrome, but thankfully Stanley and Stella's loving and committed owner had wised up to this and called me in to help improve their quality of life. By removing the assumed stress factors we have made the human / dog relationship functional for all concerned. It takes two to tango and a sense of trust between trainer and owner to get truly outstanding results. Well done Maeve, you have an amazing aptitude for human and canine psychology. Keep up the great work, enjoy the journey and keep thinking canine! Best wishes, Phillip

Seeing is believing! We thought our dog's bad behaviour was past the point of correction. But within just a few short hours, we noticed a huge improvement. One of our neighbours even stopped by to see the result of the training session and was shocked to be able to knock on our door without a nasty, aggressive bark! I only wish we learned of Bark Busters earlier.

Phillip has really helped us see the world through Noodle's eyes!! In just 5 days we are witnessing an extraordinary change; she's calmer, walks steadily now, loves her new raw food diet and is already easier to manage. We're looking forward to the recall lesson in a few weeks.
