We found Phillip to be very good, his help and knowledge has aided us to enjoy more fully our time with the dogs & his recommendations re: food have been a godsend.

Phillip was absolutely brilliant and I'm horified that it's taken me so long to send this form back to you. (due to my general incompetence)....Sorry!!
I'm confident that Phillip could solve any dog problem. The methods he taught me have worked brilliantly with my dog.

It's been nearly a week since Phillip first came to work with me and Jasper. (Chihuahua cross) Jasper is making progress and there have been no episodes of real aggression. there is still much to work on but I now have a clear insight in how to change my behaviour to help Jasper with his outbursts. I am delighted with the results to date.

Phillip first helped me with the training of a Large Munsterlander named Shane & this is ongoing as Shane is a needy, difficult and large dog. Without Phillip I would have given up long ago. Phillip, using the Barkbuster techniques, has enabled me to surmount most of the challenges ranging from separation anxiety to toileting issues to pulling on the lead to barking and wining to jumping and much much more. I still have some trouble with Shane due to his disposition (and my own reaction to such a disposition) but Phillip has helped me with patience and understanding to comprehend what I have done wrong and help me to try and correct it, thereby altering Shane's behavior and responses.
I then adopted a 5 month old yorkshire terrier mix named Rocks who had been passed around before I took him in.....so, there was Shane, the new puppy, I have twin boys under 2, a husband, a teenage step-daughter and a variety of people in and out of the house as well as a mix of people who deal with the dogs. BUT with Phil's support and guidance this is manageable and the dogs are improving every day. I am a big fan of the Barkbuster techniques and a huge fan of Phil's. I cannot speak highly enough of Phil and his teachings.

Phillip has worked miracles with Charley and I really cannot thank him enough for the splendid assistance (and patience!) he has given us. I am very impressed..!

So far, absolutely brilliant! I was at my wits end with a very dog-aggressive Border Terrier and close to considering re-homing. Phillip has been professional, understanding, sympathetic and simply amazing with me and my dog. We have made great progress and I believe Phillip when he assures me we can turn Ozzy around. There is hope again and I know with a few more sessions (to build my confidence) we will get through Ozzy's issues. I am hugely grateful.

Phillip is absolutely fantastic. He has helped in so many ways, not just with the barking and toilet training, but he has also given us so much insight into how dogs think and also how to ensure they are happy & healthy. AXL responds extremely well to all the training methods Phillip has shown us & I would definitely recommend him. Thanks!

Maisie is a puppy and we had no real problems, other than the fact she is very intelligent and somewhat willful on occasion. We were keen for her to grow into a responsive and well behaved adult dog, but were put off by other trainers (not from Bark Busters!) who wanted to use force and aggression in training. Phillip has been a pleasure to work with and in addition to training has given us useful advice around feeding, grooming etc. Maisie is responding very well to the training, as are we!

Douglas is a 17 months old, large white Golden Retriever. We were given excellent advice on Douglas's diet and changed to B.A.R.F feeding on day one, with massive improvements in his coat condition and behaviour. Douglas responded really well with the tasks he was set 'sit and wait/stay', by the front door etc etc. He really enjoys the sessions, and today we did recall in the park which went really well & Douglas clearly enjoyed it too.
Phillip is an excellent trainer & Douglas loves him. Douglas needs mental stimulation & Phil has also shown us how to do that, explained why and it works!
We are in training as well as Douglas and every session we come away thoroughly rewarded and worn out!!! Douglas weighs 40kg and I could not get him to jump into the back of the car. Phil did it first time -no problems.....Amazing Thank you.!

We were completely intrigued and could not believe when we heard that Bark Busters would have such an instant impact after just one visit... but it is TRUE!
Our dog Banjo is an 8 month old Patterdale Terrier Cross and we love him so much. We have had him from 12 weeks old and wanted to 'iron out' some behavioural issues that we found to be uncontrollable no matter what we did such as jumping up, barking/crying, hyperactivity in the evenings when we would come home from work, pulling on the lead etc.
When Phil came over one evening and educated us in relation to food, dominance and becoming the pack leader we were blown away by how well Banjo responded to the training techniques that we were shown. We really saw Banjo's true self and it felt like we had met a brand new dog; it was quite emotional too.
The very next morning after Phil's visit, Banjo was submissive to us and was really listening to our commands; it was really that quick. Obviously we have to follow the homework given to us and be consistent in what we do but we can see the change in Banjo straight away.
We had tried in the past to train Banjo to our way but in reality Banjo was training us to his way and we soon realised that we needed professional help from Bark Busters to really guide us and teach us the right techniques.
In that one evening Phil really helped us to re-programme ourselves to realise that we needed to become the pack leaders for Banjo to respect and respond to us positively.
Phil is coming back to us in 3 weeks when we will then go out and do some lead/walking training but by then we are sure that Banjo will already have the foundations learnt inside the house to use this outside when on the lead.
We signed up for the Gold Service so that if ever our circumstances or environment changes then we can call on Bark Busters for advice. We are prepared to follow the homework and put the time and effort in and definitely know that over time Banjo will grow up and become his own dog and all 3 of us will be happy and content in our pack!
If anyone is thinking of contacting Bark Busters we would say get on the phone and call them as you will not regret it - it is the best thing we have done for us and our dog Banjo.
Thank you Phil and Bark Busters!
