I felt Phillip really understood the problems I was having, he didn't make me feel like a bad owner because I hadn't managed to sort these problems out sooner. While it is still early days, there have been imnprovements in Jack's behaviour, and enabled me to feel more confident in dealing with him.

Our dog Barney was a nightmare every time he left the house, he used to pull so much his front paws were off the ground, he barked at anything that moved and was not sociable with other dogs. Phil then came to our house, and from the moment he arrived Barney respected him immediately. Phil then taught us how we should be conducting ourselves around our dog with a few simple but effective techniques, now we are using these we can see marked improvements, and we are now on the way to having a reformed dog that is a pleasure to take out for a walk.
