Excellent! A really enjoyable experience for all of us.

Izzi is a lovely 2 year old female German Shepherd who was rescued as a stray roaming the Yorkshire Moores. She had a propensity to charge at intimidating speed towards other dogs and also to nip at strangers driven by a sense of fear. Her dedicated new owners have been working hard under the guidance of Bark Busters Behavioural Therapist -Phillip Gazzard to rehabilitate Izzi's aggression and to teach her leadwork skills and recall. Izzi is still a work in progress, who has shown great improvements to date.

We have been really impressed with Phillip's training methods. Brewster has responded very well and is a different dog. Phillip has been patient & extremely helpful. We would certainly recommend Bark Busters, and indeed have! Thank you so much.

Mrs J. R, Warlingham, Surrey

Brewster is a Border Collie cross who was rescued by his new family with some particularly severe inherant issues. Prior to commencing his Bark Busters training, Brewster was a compulsive barker, had a tendency to nip and jump up at people and had misinterpreted his role as leader of his pack which he demonstrated on a daily basis by dragging his understandably frustrated owners around by his lead when venturing out on walks. To add insult to injury, Brewster was also a master opportunist with a tendency to escape and reluctance to come back when called. Brewster has certainly presented a bundle of challenges, but thanks to the dedication of his owners and the help and support of Phillip Gazzard's behavioural therapy and training, Brewster has been reformed to a much more acceptable level of behaviour. Whilst there is still some room for improvement, he continues to progress at each visit, and he is now a much loved member of his family.

Phillip was very calm & informative. His clear & simple techniques were effective. He was confident & reassuring and I felt very relaxed with him as did my dogs. After just 1 session I feel hopeful that the problems are being solutioned.

I was really surprised how quickly Daisy responded, within one day she no longer barks in the garden which I'm sure my neighbours have noticed. We are working on her possessiveness of objects but I can see some improvements already. Phillip is a really nice person and explained everything really well to us. We now understand a lot more about Daisy and who is the boss. Thank you Bark Busters

Daisy is a lovely Whippet cross, who was previously in need of some leadership and direction. Daisy's owners are wonderfully committed to her cause and have worked diligently towards gathering an understanding of the simple techniques required to gain Daisy's confidence and acceptance in their leadership. Well Done!

It was like Phillip waived a magic wand over my dogs. We went past a Doberman, a Westie, a Staff and 3 cats and not a sound from Kimba or Bertie -Amazing!

Bertie, is an 18MTH (M) Cairn Terrier. Bertie's owners had been having problems with his excessive barking, fear of traffic noise and aggression towards other dogs until Bark Busters Behavioural Therapist for Croydon & Sutton -Phillip Gazzard was consulted (by Veterinary referral) 3 months later, Bertie's owners acquired a second dog- Kimba a (F) Australian Cattle Dog puppy. After the initial results achieved with Bertie, Phillip has continued working with Kimba providing a full puppy management training program.

Sasha is a 3 year old female pedigree Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Sasha's owner heard about Bark Busters through the recommendation of a neighbour, who had experienced a complete transformation in their own dog after several visits from behavioural therapist Phillip Gazzard. Phillip was initially consulted to help resolve Sasha's barking, jumping up and pulling on the lead as well as attention seeking. Having resolved the initial issues, Sasha is now learning to come back at the park when called.

Phillip was very easy to talk to and not at all condescending. We are very pleased with all of Toby's training. We took Toby to his first dog show. We were a little worried because he used to jump up at other dogs, but he was brilliant and came 2nd place. Thankyou Phillip

Toby is beautiful 1 year old male Tibetan Terrier, gifted with wonderfully spirited personality. Toby's confident exuberant nature had presented his owners with some challenges requiring some professional expertise, but after several Bark Busters training sessions and keen dedication from his owners, Toby is now a well behaved and proud member of his family.

Phillip is always on time, and when he says 3pm he is there on the dot, which is great as you can plan around him. He is very easy to talk to, a good listener and has a great passion for dogs. We can not recommend him highly enough to make your training easier

I was absolutely amazed at the results we got in such a short space of time. I had believed the problem may have been unresolveable and that Luke (our Staffie) may have had to leave the family home, but the session was like a miracle and fantastic for us all.

Llewella Gideon, Croydon, Surrey

Luke is a 7 month old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and a wonderful example of a loyal family dog, dedicated to his own pack. Prior to the training session, Luke had unwittingly been promoted to leader of the pack, and in a state of confusion was reprimanding the human beings in the pack in an aggressive way. After re-aligning pack order, Luke is now focused, attentive, walking perfectly to heel and now dedicated to his master and lovingly devoted to the well-being of his whole family.

A great improvement in Red's responses. Information about diet -helpful. Positive encouragement given to us.

M. K., Wimbledon, London

Red is a 3.5 year old male Golden Cocker Spaniel with a lovely nature, who had developed an unfortunate aggressive phobia to travelling in the car as a result of his association of a painful grass seed infection several years earlier and a trip to the vet. Subsequently Red continued to associate his fear of this pain every time his owners attempted to take him on a car journey which often resulted in aggressive behaviour.

Our first training session has incorporated re-associating Red's association of events to replace this fear with a positive experience and in doing so have made considerable progress, although further visits and work is still required in order to resolve the fear aggression entirely.

Red also presented other behavioural issues such as barking at the front door, jumping up and pulling on the lead, for which we have now achieved considerable improvements and resolution.
