I found the session very useful and felt like we actually made progress. I really enjoyed it and it has saved my dog's life! I feel we've now got a future as a good happy family with Duke included in it.

I cannot believe the difference in Harry. We can now walk past other dogs - even ones who come up barking, cyclist and joggers. The barking has all but diminished. Had a blip yesterday but order was quickly restored. Thank you!

After just one session with Richard the change in Hector is remarkable. For the first time since we adopted him we have been able to take him for a walk - not the other way around!!! Still work to do but light at the end of the tunnel.

It is difficlt to adjust to a new regime but I understand the training techniques and can see how results are being achieved. A change in diet recommended by the therapist has resulted in a much more contented dog.

Richard has given us an understanding of pack dynamics, eabling us to train as leaders. After only one visit, behaviour within the home has improved lots and walks are much happier and safer. Pathways of communication between man and dog have been opened. Great!
