Sandra Hughes was lovely. She was so helpful and hit the nail on the head with Teazle. After only one week he is 70% better than he was. It's not easy, but the rewards are well worth it. If you're having problems with your dog don't put off calling them, I did and struggled for a year when I had no need to. Many, many thanks.
