I could not believe the difference in Charlie, my labrador, in just three hours with Steve. He went from a 7 month old who jumped up at everyone and pulled me down the road at breakneck speed, to a dog who calmly stood by my side and walked slowly for the first time - fantastic!

Steve was excellent, very patient and our dog, Tilly, was changed literally overnight. We thought it was a different dog. Her behaviour continues to improve daily. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve AKA Bark Busters to anyone with a problem dog.

Steve was excellent. He helped us understand why Marlie was behaving in the way she was and what we could do to change this. He was clear, helpful and we would recommend him to a friend. The results were amazing. Marlie is like a different dog now.

My main interest was that my dog would not stand still to be examined on the table during show judging. As well as showing me how to improve her normal hyper behaviour, Steve has given me some tips on improving her at a show. She has improved a lot in only a short time, so much so that she was placed second in a very strong class at a championship show. We still have some way to go, but I'm sure she will shortly be standing like a rock.

Steve has made three visits to us to help us help Scoobs. We got Scoobs from a rescue centre four years ago. He has always been a nervous dog, especially around other dogs. This problem got worse when we recently got a puppy. Steve has spent a lot of time explaining Bark Busters theory - which makes a lot of sense, and then has been very patient teaching us a range of techniques to use. We are now seeing results by using these techniques and bit by bit Scoobs is becoming a calmer dog. We have had a dog for years and thought we could overcome dog problems with a mixture of boundaries and experience. This was not so. We have found Bark Busters to be a great help and recommend it if you have problems with your dog - even if you think you are an experienced dog owner. It is surprising what you learn. Thanks Steve.

We were both impressed with the way Steve handled Meg and we are sure, with your help, we will achieve what we thought was impossible - that is to eventually have a calm, obedient, Border Collie who knows she is not the boss!

Have already recommended Steve to several friends. More than happy with the outcomes plus the option of more support if needed during the next twelve months. My dog is now more of a pleasure than a pain!

Poppy was a nightmare to take for walks - pulling and barking at other dogs and people. On the first visit, Steve had Poppy walking at the side of me. Never thought I would see that!

J.B., Morecambe, Lancashire

And on the second visit we had Poppy walking next to a dog she had never met before!
