Good, clear guidance and instruction from Steve on the problems that we were having with our dog. Taking him for a walk was a complete nightmare. The results were instantaneous. We now feel like we are back in charge.

We know that we are going to have to persevere with the training and techniques that Steve showed us but we are so pleased with the results.

I found the therapist most helpful, very professional, friendly and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for him to explain and demonstrate. The dog responded well to me using the techniques which I am going to continue with.

Before the training session, Oliver had a real nipping problem. We were afraid even to play with him. After just a few hours of training, Oliver is a much happier and relaxed dog. Steve explained very clearly the root of our problem and the training methods are so simple, yet effective! Oliver is continuing to respond brilliantly!
